You may or may not like the lingering garlic smell on hands & fingers when you chop it up.

Soap & water doesn’t always work, so what to do? Some recommend having a “steel” bar of soap on hand, but what if you don’t?

Personally, I don’t mind the smell of garlic, but it really depends on what I’m doing later!!!
